Making a claim?

You can submit HSA claims to us for processing in a number of different ways:

• Email our claims department your submission form and copies of all expense receipts to claims@rpibi.com

• Complete an online claims submission by clicking here or on the button at the bottom of this page

• Mail all your claim documents including the submission form and receipts to our office:
